1Combine oats, shredded coconut, flaxseed meal, cranberries, sunflower seeds and hemp seeds. Set aside.
2In a separate bowl, mix together almond butter, honey, orange zest and vanilla.
3Combine almond butter mixture with oat mixture and stir to combine. Use your hands if necessary (wearing gloves help!)
4Once mixture is fully combined, shape into 1 inch balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
5Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in freezer for up to 4 weeks.
1Toast oats on a baking sheet in a preheated 350 F oven for 10 minutes prior to mixing with remaining ingredients
