Wake up to this nourishing and refreshing CBD smoothie. Use 1 teaspoon of CBD honey (recipe here) for 20 mg CBD. This smoothie also is the perfect post-workout beverage aimed to decrease inflammation and aid in muscle recovery + repair.

Yields: 1 serving
1 cuphemp milk
1 tbsphemp seeds
1/2 cupnon-fat Greek yogurt
1 cupfrozen mixed berries
1 tspCBD Honey
1Add hemp milk, hemp seeds, spinach, yogurt, frozen berries and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth.
For a vegan smoothie, swap out Greek yogurt for any non-dairy yogurt substitute.
If hemp milk is unavailable use any other milk such as almond, cashew, coconut or cow's milk.
