Kale, Brussels Sprout + Apple Salad with CBD Balsamic Vinaigrette

4 cups thinly sliced lacinato kale, stems removed

2 cups thinly slice brussels sprouts

1 granny smith apple, julienned

4 ounces pomegranate seeds

1/3 cup hemp hearts

¼ cup pepitas

freshly ground black pepper

CBD Balsamic Vinaigrette

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey or agave

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

¼ cup CBD avocado oil (240mg CBD: 20mg/1 teaspoon)

pinch of kosher salt


1Toss together kale, brussels sprouts, apples, pomegranate seeds, hemp hearts and pepitas in a large bowl.

2In a separate bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, vinegar and avocado oil until completely combined.

3Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
