Mango Lassi

Lassi is a blended yogurt drink.  Our version combines fresh mangoes and Kefir, a fermented milk drink, cultured from kefir grains and is a rich source of calcium, protein, B-vitamins and natural probiotics.  Myrcene, a terpene found in mangoes has many possible benefits on the human body including muscle relaxation and a sedative.

Ingredients

1 cup diced fresh mango

1 cup kefir

1 scoop or 4 tablespoons hemp protein powder

1 teaspoon CBD honey

1/2 cup ice

Directions

1Add the fresh mango, kefir, hemp protein powder, honey and ice to a blender.

2Blend until smooth.

3Serve immediately.
