PB + Banana Flourless Brownie with CBD Whip Cream

This flourless brownie comes together quickly and has no added sugars! Only sweetened by very ripe bananas.

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup mashed bananas (about 3 medium bananas)

5 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 egg

1 egg yolk

¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

CBD Whip Cream

1 tablespoon CBD honey

1 cup Coconut whip cream (Non Dairy whip cream)


1Preheat oven to 350 F

2Mash peanut butter, bananas, cocoa powder and egg together in a small bowl until banana pieces are fully mashed.

3Stir in chocolate chips.

4Spray a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray

5Evenly divide mixture between 6 muffin cups, about ¼ cup each.

6Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and remove from pan.

7Mix together CBD honey with Coconut whip cream and top each brownie with cream and chopped peanuts.
